trip to the park

I took Connor, James and Jack to the park this morning. Connor had a blast. He is not afraid to climb or jump off of anything. As soon as we got there, he started to climb up a little rock wall. He said, "Help, I can't do it." Of course, I followed up with a moral lesson of "Yes, you can. Do not ever say that you can't do something." The rest of the morning, he would say "I can, I can" the whole time he was climbing up something. It was too cute. He had so much fun. We finished off with a Happy Meal and headed home for a nap.

birthday change
Caleb and Connor went to Bryant this weekend. Kay and Lindsey took them to the pumpkin patch and to Toy Up. Lindsey let Caleb pick out his Christmas and Birthday (Dec 5th) presents. One of the presents is the "new" batman costume. Saturday night he wanted lindsey to give him the costume. At first told him no, but he promised that he just wanted to try it on. so, of course, she let him open it. she told him that he would have to give it back until his birthday. He asked when it would be and she told him after your mom's (which is monday) he was cool with that. a little while later, he asked when after my birthday. lins told him that he would have Halloween, Thanksgiving, and then his birthday. He was beside himself. So, he decided that it was best that we just switch birthdays.

super heroes

Connor got in a little trouble yesterday for telling me to "shup". He walked through the house mumbling about me. I told him if he didn't stop acting ugly that he was going to be in more trouble. So, he said "I just go my "woom" It was so hard not to laugh at him. Anyway, here is a picture of him making his mad face.
first post

The Menard crew has finally gotten settled in WH. Caleb is loving his new school and Connor is thrilled to be at home. My mom is able to stay with him while I work. The babies are growing like crazy. They are changing everyday. They are so much fun. Here is a photo of Caleb and Connor riding their "horse" better known as dad. The other is of James and Jack the day after they were born. I will post some new pictures soon.
